Reviewed on 20/05/2003.Marc is a Cape Town phenomenon. A comedian who comes from the "Cape Flats" where life is not as rosy as for those living on the slopes of Table Mountain. The humour revolves around everyday life in Cape Town and is peppered with stereotypical characters from this culturally diverse area of South Africa. For South Africans in London, this show will be a reminder of the colourful and unique flavour of home. Disappointingly though, the segments in Three Songs and Some Jokes are often too short and not developed enough too keep the attention of the audience. In comparison with other shows Marc has done, one left the theatre feeling "Was that it?".
